My fatigue has been going on for more than 3 months. I may be recovering from an illness, surgery or something similar. I could have a hard time concentrating.
I have a deep level of fatigue that not only makes me phyisically tired, but my muscles are also fatigued and it's tough to move my body. I may have loose stools (though not necessarily) and stress only adds to this.
I find I'm tired after meals and that I have a lot of bloating.
